I was in California not too long and was shocked out how much it costs to live there. From a bag of chips to Louis Vuitton stores everywhere, you absolutely must have one of those high paying Los Angeles jobs to survive.

We had some friends live over there a while back and they loved it. They had no problems finding jobs over there either. I’m glad I live here in a small town of 300 though. Of course jobs are harder to find but things don’t cost as much here either.

Wish things would go down………….

We’re looking into getting a playstation 3 but before we do, I’d like to know what some of the most popular games are for the system. We had the original playstation a loooong time ago but I can’t remember what games there were. I’m gonna browse buy.com to what’s there because they always have great competitive prices. And the shipping is good too. Anyways, let me know if you have a favorite game for the P3!

I want, I want, I want…that’s all hear about these days. Ipods, mp3 players, stereos, iphones, etc. Electronics have become extremely popular today. While some are expensive, many have become very affordable.

We have a huge TV, 4 stereos, several cordless phones, mp3’s, ipods, portable dvd players, and so much more.

What do you have? Or maybe I should say, your kids???

I’ve been bargain hunting lately and am currently on the prowl for a new lens for my Nikon camera. They are extremely expensive, for good ones that is, so I am trying to find the best buy for my buck! I have a cheaper generic brand on this same lens but I really want the good glass. I never knew that photography could so expensive.

Where do you find your best buys at? Or are you a bargain hunter? With the economy like it is, it’s hard not to try to save every chance you get.

I’m tired and feeling very random. My sister-in-law called today. She went to a dermatologist the other day because she feels she’s too old to be breaking out. My skin has always been bad. I get it from my dad’s side unfortunately.

As an adult, it can be embarrassing to have acne so I can totally understand why she went. I just wish there were some 100% complete acne cures but there really isn’t. There are products that can make a HUGE difference though and if I had the extra money, I’d go to a dermatologist to get my skin in shape.

Oh well……

Me and my husband were discussing the insurance thing the other day and we were going over what we have. For some reason, I can’t remember the difference between term life insurance and whole life. What is the difference? Never mind, I’ll go look it up. Anyhow, I told him that with the prices like they are today, we might consider even getting a bigger amount on both of us just in case. At least this way, we know that things will be taken care of and either/or and the kids won’t have to worry.

On a good note….the gas went down today 4 cents! Weird I know but I’m not going to complain!
